Since our establishment in 1989 John Reimnitz Architect has strived to provide the highest quality, cost efficient design solutions for every one of our clients.

Our goal is to provide clients with designs that are true to their needs and vision, while incorporating design aesthetics that assure inspired living.
Our process:
We begin with our free in-home consultation to discuss your project, ideas, budget and timeline.
Your tailored proposal will clearly outline the services we provide and how we guide you from beginning to end. Ongoing communication is a key component of a successful renovation, new build out or addition and we provide the following:
An organized, concise explanation of the project
A mutually agreed upon timetable and budget
Site observation during the construction phase to aid contractor and client smoothly to a finish that is not just beautiful, but on budget and on schedule!
Normally we begin by taking measurements of the existing conditions. With that information we create CAD (computer aided design) drawings to begin the design process.
We encourage our clients to participate fully in each phase of the process and we work carefully to execute their project vision.
